Delivery takes only 1day - depends to your locations ie. city, office, kampung etc.
Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Kangaroo Express requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will return the parcel to us and you will have to make shipping payment again if wish to get the items.
Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
Delivery is three time a week (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday). Delivery of goods is on schedule, based on availability of the items. Please do not ask for delivery today.
